This policy applies to paid programming consulting services purchased from Cloud Raster Consulting (SSM 202003056789). It is framed with reference to the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and related electronic trade rules in Malaysia.

Eligibility
Refunds may be available for prepaid fees where work has not yet started or where we cannot deliver agreed milestones as set out in your statement of work.
Timeframe
Written refund requests received within 7 calendar days of fee payment may qualify for a full refund minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, provided no substantive work has begun.
Deposits and milestones
Deposits and milestone payments become non-refundable once the related milestone work has started, as documented in project logs or deliverable submissions.
Advisory sessions
Cancelled advisory sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Fees for no-shows or late cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Process
Email info@cloud-raster.digital or call +60-6-0000-2109 with your invoice reference. We respond within five business days and, if approved, refund via the original payment method within fourteen business days.
Exceptions
Custom work that has been delivered and accepted is not refundable. Statutory rights before the Tribunal for Consumer Claims (claims up to RM 50,000) remain available where applicable.
