These terms apply to consulting services offered by Cloud Raster Consulting (Enterprise (ROB), SSM 202003056789) through cloud-raster.digital.
Services
We provide paid programming consulting for geospatial web applications, including scoped project engagements and technical advisory sessions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written statement of work or booking confirmation before work starts.
Quotes and payment
Prices on the website are starting points unless confirmed in writing. Invoices are payable in MYR by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may pause work after notice.
Client responsibilities
You will provide timely access to systems, sample data, and decision-makers needed for the engagement. You warrant that data you supply may be used for the agreed purpose and that licences for third-party basemaps or SDKs are your responsibility unless we explicitly include procurement in scope.
Intellectual property
Unless the statement of work states otherwise, you receive ownership of bespoke code written for you upon full payment. We may reuse general know-how and non-client-specific libraries. Pre-existing tools remain our property or their respective licensors.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private except as required by law or with consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Malaysia or, where applicable, the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying consumer transactions.
